Using Cardevion

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 1 November 2026

1. About Cardevion

These terms govern your use of the Cardevion website and Chrome extension.

2. What the service does

Cardevion helps you identify trading cards from photos, maintain a collection, and prepare cards for sale on Cardmarket. Recognition results, catalogue details, and price information are aids—not guarantees of a card’s identity, condition, value, or sale price.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity carried out through your Cardevion account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

4. Check your card details

Before adding a card or preparing a sale, check the suggested product, set, language, finish, condition, quantity, price, and other details. You are responsible for making sure a Cardmarket listing accurately describes the card you offer.

5. Selling through Cardmarket

Cardmarket is a separate service with its own account requirements, rules, fees, and terms. Cardevion is not a party to transactions between Cardmarket buyers and sellers. Saving a collection entry or sale draft in Cardevion does not publish a listing.

When you choose to list a card, the Cardevion extension may fill the Cardmarket form and, where supported, attach your photo. If you enable the extension’s optional auto-list setting, choosing to list a card may also submit that form. You remain responsible for your listing and for your obligations to buyers, including accurate grading, shipping, and any applicable taxes.

6. Your photos and other content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. You must have the right to upload and use them. You permit Cardevion to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, and to send relevant listing details and an eligible photo to Cardmarket when you instruct the extension to do so. Cardevion does not acquire ownership of your content. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Cardevion to prepare unlawful or counterfeit listings, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user’s account or data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, with notice where practicable.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, fix, or change Cardevion and its extension. Features that rely on Google, Cardmarket, or other third-party services may be affected when those services change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free recognition. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Cardevion at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing cardevion.app@gmail.com. The Privacy Notice explains deletion and retention in more detail. Ending your Cardevion account does not close your separate Cardmarket account or remove listings already published there.

10. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any dispute or claim will be handled under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Cardevion changes. We will identify the updated date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes will apply prospectively; if you do not accept them, you can stop using Cardevion and request deletion.

12. Operator and contact

Cardevion is operated by Enis Çiçek. Contact us at cardevion.app@gmail.com. Our postal address is in the Impressum.
